The Dead Air Nomad Ti XC is the lightest .30 caliber suppressor in the Nomad family — a Grade 5 titanium can that weighs just 7.4 oz bare (9.6 oz with the direct-thread mount) yet suppresses any rifle up to .300 RUM. “XC” stands for Cross-Country: it’s built to disappear on the end of your rifle so you can cover more ground, chase game farther, and take the shot without ringing your ears.

Dead Air rebuilt the legendary Nomad baffle stack using additive (3D-printed) manufacturing to create an enhanced two-stage coaxial baffle system with pressure-harnessing structures that regulate both low- and high-pressure rounds. The result is more strength per ounce, better precision, and sound suppression that punches well above a can this small and light.

This is the direct-thread configuration, the simplest, lightest way to mount the Nomad Ti XC. It threads straight onto a 5/8×24 muzzle and — because it’s built on the Dead Air HUB platform — you can swap to a Xeno adapter or any HUB-compatible mount later without buying a new suppressor.
