Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using this website or placing an order. By accessing or using this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Legal Compliance
You must be legally eligible to purchase firearms, ammunition, or related products under all applicable federal, state, and local laws. It is the responsibility of the customer to know and be in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws related to selling, transferring, possessing, transporting, or using a firearm, magazine, and ammunition in the locality in which the customer resides.
Certain products may only be sold to licensed dealers (FFLs) and must be transferred through a Federal Firearms Licensee in the buyer’s state of residence. This Site does not guarantee eligibility; compliance is solely the buyer’s responsibility.
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition.
2. Firearms Sales and Transfers
It is illegal to ship firearms to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License (FFL). All firearms purchased through this Site must be shipped to a valid FFL selected by the buyer, or may be picked up in-store where available.
The buyer is responsible for:
- Selecting a valid, active FFL
- Contacting the receiving FFL before purchase to confirm acceptance
- Passing all required background checks
- Completing all required transfer paperwork
We may contact and verify the FFL selected during checkout before shipment.
Orders shipped to an FFL are final upon shipment. Once a firearm has been shipped to an FFL, we will not accept a return or exchange under any circumstances. If a defect is discovered after shipment, the customer must contact the firearm manufacturer directly for replacement or repair.
If a firearm transfer is denied or not completed, return and refund terms will be governed by the FFL’s policies and applicable law. A 15% restocking fee will be charged for any order cancelled via debit or credit card chargeback following shipment, including instances where the buyer is unable to complete the transfer due to an unsuccessful FBI background check.
In-Store Pickup: Purchases made online and held for local pickup must be completed within 10 days of the online purchase date. Orders not picked up within 10 days will be relisted for sale and subject to a 15% restocking fee, charged to the card used for the original purchase.
3. Ammunition and Restricted Items
All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Many firearms, magazines, accessories, and other products on this Site may be restricted or prohibited in certain jurisdictions. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to verify compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal regulations before ordering. Orders that cannot legally be fulfilled may be canceled at our discretion.
4. Pricing and Availability
All prices are subject to change without notice. Online inventory changes daily; occasionally an item may appear on the Site by mistake or contain a typographical error in its description or price. We do not guarantee that titles, descriptions, pictures, or prices are error-free.
We reserve the right to:
- Correct pricing errors at any time
- Limit order quantities
- Cancel any order for any reason, including inventory errors, pricing errors, or legal restrictions
In the event an order is canceled due to an error, we will not charge the customer’s card or will issue a full refund.
5. Orders and Payment
All payments are processed immediately upon placement of order. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders suspected of fraud, misrepresentation, or violations of these Terms.
By placing an online order, the customer expressly authorizes 2A Firearms to charge any applicable restocking or cancellation fees — as described in these Terms — to the debit or credit card used for the original purchase.
6. Shipping and Order Fulfillment
All orders are shipped promptly from a distributor warehouse or in-store inventory within 3–5 business days via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Tracking numbers are provided for items shipped via UPS and FedEx. Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Firearms ship only to a valid FFL. Other products may ship directly to the buyer where legally permitted. All ammunition is shipped ground with adult signature required. Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier or FFL, as applicable.
7. Returns and Refunds
We make every effort to ensure orders are shipped accurately and that products match their advertised descriptions. If you are unsatisfied with a received product, please contact us as soon as possible. No returns will be accepted more than 10 days past the delivered date.
The following sales are final and not eligible for return or exchange:
- Firearms (new and used)
- Ammunition
- Special orders
- NFA items
- Products sold “as is,” “used,” or that have been installed or used after receipt
- Illumination devices, electronic sights, and optics
Non-regulated items may be eligible for return subject to inspection and applicable restocking fees.
Chargebacks: 2A Firearms charges a 15% restocking fee to cover credit card processing fees and shipping charges for any order cancelled via debit or credit card chargeback after shipment. 2A Firearms reserves the right to dispute any bank or credit card chargebacks and to refuse future orders from any customer who initiates a chargeback following shipment.
CUSTOMER FURTHER AUTHORIZES AND CONSENTS TO 2A Firearms CHARGING THE AFOREMENTIONED FEES TO THE DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD USED TO PLACE THE ORIGINAL ONLINE ORDER.
8. User Accounts
If you create an account on this Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion.
9. Secure Transmission
All information collected during the checkout process is transmitted via industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS). This encrypted connection ensures that all data passed between the Site and your browser remains private and secure.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, and software — is the property of the Site owner or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without express written permission.
11. Prohibited Use
By using this Site, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable federal, state, or local laws
- Provide false or misleading information during any transaction or account registration
- Attempt to bypass any compliance, background check, or transfer process
- Use this Site for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied — including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose — except as required by applicable law. All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer’s packaging with applicable warranty; warranty claims must be directed to the manufacturer.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of this Site or products purchased through it.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 2A Firearms and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses — including reasonable attorneys’ fees — arising from your violation of these Terms or any applicable law.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of this Site following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
